Personalized eyewear can be selected by both optical retailers and consumers via the collection's online customizer at aspireeyewear.com/ customize.php. The new eyewear collection features a range of creative choices for frames (color, lens shape, nose piece style, end piece style, temple design, and temple tip design and color), which results in more than 1 million potential eyewear creations. An appealing palette of limited-edition and standard color options can be selected along each step of the Aspire 2.0 customizer process, allowing the retailer or con- sumer the option to mix and match color choices. Aspire 2.0 features the brand's proprietary lightweight SDN-5 material, which delivers shape memory and heat/UV exposure resis- tance. A typical Aspire 2.0 frame weighs approximately 12 grams. "This new product technology allows consumers to get exactly what they want and offers the added service of directing them to an optician that can perfect their purchase with lenses crafted to their individual prescription," says ClearVision executive vice president Peter Friedfeld. Suggested retail pricing is $240. Fusing Hollywood glam with modern and sophisticated styling, the latest offerings include a brand extension to target a wider age group, appealing to a younger demographic who may not be familiar with the brand. "I want to create eyewear that more women can wear, more than editorial, high-fashion frames," Young says about her designs. Pictured is model K306, a cat-eye with metal decor on the temples, which the company says is designed for wearers who wish to look and feel more youthful. Suggested retail pricing ranges from $195-$350. INFO: 800-242-TURA, TURA.COM April 2017 E y e c a r e B u s i n e s s . c o m 87
